Appointment & Cancellation Terms
1. Booking & deposit
An appointment is only reserved once a deposit has been paid. Depending on the size and effort of the motif, the deposit is between CHF 50.– and CHF 200.– and is credited in full toward the final price of your tattoo.
2. Cancellation & rescheduling (at least 48 hours ahead)
Cancellations or reschedulings must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed appointment. In that case the deposit is kept and carried over to the new date.
3. Short-notice cancellation (under 48 hours) & no-shows
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment or fail to show up, a cancellation fee applies. It is based on the session time reserved for you at an hourly rate of CHF 220.–. Any deposit already paid is credited toward this fee; any remaining amount is invoiced.
4. How to cancel
Please cancel in good time by email (info@darkotattoo.ch), on Instagram (@darko_tattoo) or by phone (+41 76 321 89 06). The 48-hour deadline is based on when your message is received.
