For binding appointment registrations we collect the details entered in the form (including name, address, email, phone, date of birth) and your acceptance of the Terms. We process this data to fulfil the contract and manage appointments; for evidentiary purposes we additionally store the accepted Terms version, the timestamp and technical data (IP address). The data is retained for the duration of the statutory retention and limitation periods and is never sold to third parties.
